Wow, Julie! What a inspiring testimony. I like how you said, “The Bible says to give thanks in everything (not for everything).” That’s so true. I don’t like some of things I have gone through, but I still wouldn’t change anything. God truly does work all things together for our good.

Hi Sylvia,
Thanks for passing my story along! I don’t have any current plans to write another WWII book, but I’d be both glad and sad to do that because it literally broke my heart as I was researching it, but also gave me a profound sense of respect and gratitude for all those who served. The book I’m currently working on is current day and is set in Nashville, Tennessee.
